Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event that the Allottee / Purchaser cancels the booking of the Unit / Apartment and/or in the event of cancellation or termination of the Agreement in respect of the Unit agreed to be purchased by the Allottee, Gangothri Infra Edge Pvt Ltd (“the Promoter”) shall be entitled to forfeit the amount paid by the Allottee in accordance with the terms of the Allotment Letter and/or the Agreement (as applicable). Any balance amount, if paid by the Allottee, shall be refunded in accordance with the terms mentioned therein.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising between the parties shall be resolved amicably. In the event of failure to resolve such disputes amicably, the same shall be referred to the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) having jurisdiction.
